We listen, act, and transform
I am passionate about helping you create a life you feel confident to not just survive but thrive. I obtained my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021. I have experience in working with foster and adoptive families in their transitions in building and reconciling families. I work with emerging adults 18-25 years old in adjusting to the first years of college and in transitioning into their professional careers. I recognize and consider cultural and generational traditions that impact individuals in their various stages of life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, college and career adjustment, complex trauma, immigration and acculturation stress, body image, and women's health issues.
My therapeutic approach focuses on a holistic and person-centered collaborative process. I view individuals in connection with their communities and environments. My approach recognizes the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and psychological facets of well-being. I draw on the strengths that have brought you this far and further equip you with new tools to help you take ownership of your life and your future.
I look forward to meeting and working with you on your journey to living with more intention.
